Until incorporation of a successor entity (Design Link LLP, Design Link Pvt Ltd, or equivalent), the Design Link platform is operated by MSCON Design Private Limited (CIN: U70100DL2019PTC343932; GSTIN: 07AAMCM3424B1ZS), having its registered office in Delhi, India. All references to "Design Link" refer to the platform, brand, and trademark of MSCON Design Private Limited. On creation of a successor entity, MSCON Design Private Limited will assign all rights and obligations under this agreement to that successor, with prior written notice to you (see Successor Entity clause in the Terms of Service).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the website recognise your device, remember preferences, and enable functionality.
This Cookie Policy explains how Design Link uses cookies and similar technologies. It is part of and incorporated into our Privacy Policy.

3. Similar technologies
We may use localStorage (preferences/offline data), sessionStorage (temporary session state), IndexedDB (offline cache for PWA), and Service Workers (offline functionality, push notifications). These are governed by the same consent and disclosure principles as cookies.
4. Managing your cookie preferences
4.1 Within the Service
Manage anytime at Profile → Privacy → Cookie preferences.
4.2 Via browser settings
Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only specific cookies, or be notified when a cookie is set (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — see each browser's help). If you disable strictly necessary cookies, the Service will not function correctly.
5. Do Not Track
The Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals but applies equivalent protections via your in-app consent preferences.

We may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes trigger re-consent.
