Design Link — Terms of Service

Interim Operator Note (June 2026). Until incorporation of a successor entity (Design Link LLP, Design Link Pvt Ltd, or equivalent), the Design Link platform is operated by MSCON Design Private Limited (CIN: U70100DL2019PTC343932; GSTIN: 07AAMCM3424B1ZS), having its registered office in Delhi, India. All references to "Design Link" refer to the platform, brand, and trademark of MSCON Design Private Limited. On creation of a successor entity, MSCON Design Private Limited will assign all rights and obligations under this agreement to that successor, with prior written notice to you (see the Successor Entity clause below).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Design Link design operations platform (web app, mobile app, and APIs) (the "Service"), operated by MSCON Design Private Limited ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorised to bind that firm.

This document is a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

1. Service Description

Design Link is a multi-tenant platform for architecture/engineering/design firms to manage projects, tasks, timesheets, attendance, documents, billing, and related operations, including a companion mobile application. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
A firm's owner/administrator manages user accounts within that firm's tenant

and is responsible for the users they invite.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) access data belonging to another tenant or user without authorisation; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; (d) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; or (e) circumvent security or rate-limiting controls. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited conduct.

4. Customer Data & Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the data your firm and users

submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

Our IP is ours. The Service, including its software, design, and

trademarks (including the "Design Link" brand), remains the property of MSCON Design Private Limited. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

5. Plans, Trials & Payment

Design Link is offered free for an initial trial period, free thereafter for

teams under the published seat threshold, and on a paid per-user subscription above it (see current pricing on our site).

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment processor. Fees are

non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent

billing periods.

If a trial or subscription lapses, access to paid features may be restricted

until upgraded.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time

(see the Privacy Policy for the deletion/30-day-purge process).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with

law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period where feasible.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Calculators and estimation tools are for preliminary use only and must not be relied on for final, life-safety, or production engineering decisions without independent review by a licensed professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by your firm for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MSCON Design Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Successor Entity

On incorporation of a successor entity (see the Interim Operator Note above), MSCON Design Private Limited may assign these Terms and all related rights and obligations to that successor, with prior written notice to you. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the assignment.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration agreement. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
